Position: Senior R&D Operations Specialist at Clio
Shape the future of legal AI by joining Clio as a Senior R&D Operations Specialist. Work remotely in the U.S. or Canada, collaborating cross-functionally across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

This role focuses on enhancing operational systems and cross-functional coordination that empower Clio’s diverse teams. You will build clear sources of truth, manage complex product initiatives, and ensure alignment among various stakeholders. Your organizational expertise will help maintain effective planning rhythms, leadership syncs, and OKR tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain sources of truth for project milestones and risks

• Strengthen operating rhythms for team alignment and coordination

• Create and manage workback plans for product initiatives

• Improve cross-functional communication among teams and partners

• Support development and communication of quarterly objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years in product operations or related roles

• Strong program management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Analytical skills with a focus on operational data insights

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance operational workflows
