Take on a pivotal role as a Sales and Leasing Analyst, leveraging financial analysis to optimize national leasing strategies. Your insights will directly impact revenue, occupancy, and operational consistency.
In this position, you'll work closely with a Sales and Leasing Strategist and Regional Managers to analyze key performance indicators and market trends. Your findings will not only identify risks and opportunities but will also inform the development of tools and training programs that enhance leasing performance nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze leasing data for actionable insights
• Partner with managers to improve leasing velocity
• Conduct audits to benchmark property performance
• Support national initiatives through in-depth analyses
• Synthesize insights from marketplace surveys
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or experience
• Over 5 years in an analytical role
• MS Office proficiency, especially in Excel
• Previous experience with property audits is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
