In this senior role, you’ll drive operational excellence and sales effectiveness, working closely with commercial teams to ensure alignment. You will leverage advanced tools such as Salesforce and SQL to enhance sales productivity, manage performance dashboards, and develop compliance frameworks that engage channel partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee forecasting, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes
• Develop sales enablement programs for channel partner engagement
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams
• Establish KPIs and reporting for channel performance
• Drive process improvements leveraging industry benchmarks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in Sales Operations or related analytical roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SQL, and Power BI
• Strong experience in operational analytics and incentive compensation
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights
