Merchant Strategy Associate Manager

Drive growth at Door Dash as an Associate Manager on the Merchant Strategy & Ops team. Utilize your expertise in data and strategic insights to retain valuable restaurant partnerships.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing our merchant retention functions within the Merchant Selection team. You’ll be responsible for optimizing agreements with our restaurant partners and executing initiatives that improve operational efficiency while maximizing deal opportunities. With your analytical mindset and financial modeling experience, you will help ensure Door Dash continues maintaining an exceptional restaurant selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize initiatives for optimizing selection agreements

• Analyze data to enhance merchant retention practices

• Partner with account teams to drive tangible value

• Build compelling packages for sales team pitches

• Model deal opportunities and predict merchant churn

Requirements:

• 4+ years in consulting, strategy, or analytics

• Strong financial modeling skills required

• Proven track record in cross-functional project management

• Analytical mindset with SQL experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
