Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Day 2 pricing strategy
- Design and implement future-state pricing operating model
- Define end-to-end pricing processes
- Align operating model design with change execution
- Own change management strategy and roadmap
- 8–12+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, strategy, or transformation
- Solid foundation in pricing strategy and actuarial techniques
- Experience in operating model design
- Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership
- Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps
