Zena Tech is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Coordinator responsible for enhancing investor engagement and supporting corporate strategies. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in a coordination or investor relations capacity and exhibit strong communication and organizational abilities. You will facilitate meetings with investors, manage complex schedules, and prepare key investor materials for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain executives' complex calendars
• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings and events
• Prepare executive meeting briefs and itineraries
• Update and manage investor CRM systems
• Support logistics for earnings calls and investor events
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role
• Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business preferred
• Interest in capital markets and corporate dynamics
