You will be a key player reporting to the Commercial Director, managing relationships and overseeing the execution of contracts. Your focus will include comprehensive research and data analysis to inform strategies for TPA’s growth. Engaging with city officials and agencies, you will ensure successful parking management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead outreach efforts for business development
• Oversee contract management and performance evaluation
• Conduct thorough analysis of transportation trends
• Develop proposals for parking management partnerships
• Supervise research and coordination activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business
• 3-5 years of experience in related fields
• Expertise in contract negotiation and management
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Familiarity with G.I.S. applications and data management
