Join Bell as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy, guiding M&A execution and operational excellence. This hybrid role emphasizes relationship-building and driving integrations across Canada.
In this role within the Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation group, you will manage post-merger integration and divestiture strategies, contributing to the overall success of transactions. You’ll work closely with senior executives to foster effective decision-making and mentoring cross-functional teams. Your focus will center on maximizing strategic value through effective execution methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Day 1 and readiness planning for seamless transitions
• Advise on Transition Service Agreements and organizational design
• Oversee integration strategies across functional teams
• Establish a Program Management Office for value creation
• Develop executive-level presentations to aid decisions
Requirements:
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in consulting or development
• Mastery in leading complex transformations
• Strong grasp of financial principles and corporate strategy
• Highly effective communication and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
