Position: Governance Leader for Responsible AI at RBC
Join RBC as a Governance Leader focused on Responsible AI. Your expertise in AI governance will shape strategies that ensure compliance and innovate across TEO.

As the Senior Manager for Governance and Safe AI Adoption, you will work in collaboration with key stakeholders to operationalize TEO’s AI Governance Framework. With extensive experience managing compliance and governance processes, you will assess AI solutions against established risk requirements.

Your role includes crafting policies that foster safe and responsible AI practices, strengthening the infrastructure necessary for effective AI governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create governing frameworks for AI lifecycle management

• Lead AI risk assessment and intake processes

• Develop guardrails for AI adoption at scale

• Assist in regulatory reviews and audits

• Monitor AI solutions and report governance status

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI governance and risk management

• Deep understanding of compliance processes

• Proven ability to build governance frameworks

• Strong skills in executive communication

• Background in regulated financial environments
