Job Description
At Sun Life, the Offers portfolio consists of a curated collection of third‑party programs and discounts available to members and can be discovered via Sun Life’s web and mobile app. Reporting to the Manager, Partnerships and Growth, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end management of the Offers portfolio, including partner management, onboarding, reporting and overall program evolution.
As a key operational partner, the specialist will execute on growth initiatives by managing the full spectrum of partner relationships and offers lifecycle execution, while ensuring seamless cross‑functional coordination across Legal, Procurement and Digital Publishing teams.
- Support the end‑to‑end management of the Offers portfolio, including intake, partner onboarding, contract coordination, publishing readiness, testing, and go‑live execution.
- Manage partner relationships by serving as a key point of contact for communications, updates, issue resolution, and change requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Procurement and Global Publishing to ensure timely and compliant delivery of Offers.
- Support the development and execution of offers strategy by providing day‑to‑day ownership of the portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping drive growth priorities forward.
- Monitor offer performance metrics and support efforts to optimize results, improve engagement, and help meet portfolio targets.
- Support the evolution of the Offers portfolio within Sun Life’s ecosystem, including setting the strategy and vision for Offers as it relates to broader Health Product and Platform Priorities.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant business experience in operations, partnerships, project coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and dependencies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to build and maintain relationships across partners and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with structured processes, documentation, and governance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and navigate complexity across multiple teams and systems.
- Analytically grounded mindset with ability to interpret, track, and report on performance metrics and business insights.
- Results‑oriented approach with experience supporting growth initiatives and/or operational scaling.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments with some ambiguity.
- Experience in contract management or vendor relationship management.
- Familiarity with digital health, pharmacy, insurance, or group benefits industry.
- Knowledge of Sun Life's business or products.
- Experience with publishing platforms, XML or digital asset management systems.
- Experience in partner assessment or vendor onboarding.
- Background in supporting strategy development or business development initiatives.
- Experience with Ariba (procurement/vendor management systems).
60,000 – 97,000 (annual base pay). Eligible employees participate in various incentive plans.
