In this temporary position, reporting to the Head of Strategy and Foresight, you will spearhead the development of TTC's fare policies and modernization initiatives. Your expertise will advance payment methods and enhance customer experiences through strategic partnerships with organizations like Metrolinx and PRESTO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of TTC's fare policy and strategies
• Recommend fare changes and concessions for budget processes
• Develop requirements for innovative fare payment methods
• Drive fare collection modernization and vendor partnerships
• Evaluate fare programs for successful outcomes
Requirements:
• University degree in Planning, Engineering, or relevant field
• Knowledge of strategic planning and digital payment practices
• Experience with public consultation and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability in project management and risk assessment
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
Drive innovation in fare policies to enhance TTC's service delivery and customer value.
