As the Principal in Organizational Design and Operating Model, you will evaluate complex organizational challenges to craft innovative strategies h over eight years of experience in organizational transformations, you will drive the design and implementation of effective operating models and talent optimization strategies. Collaborate closely with clients to deliver quality solutions that resonate across various industries.
