In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire growing process, from propagation to post-harvest handling. You will develop effective growing strategies while maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Your leadership will drive efficient operations and mentorship within the grow team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all grow operations and crop handling processes

• Develop strategies for yield optimization

• Supervise team schedules and delegate tasks accordingly

• Analyze environmental metrics for performance enhancement

• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant horticultural field

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or greenhouse growing

• 2 years’ leadership experience preferred

• A background in vertical farming is beneficial

• Forklift certification is an asset
