DoorDash Merchant Strategy Senior Associate

In this role on the Merchant Strategy & Operations team, you will ensure optimal partnerships by taking on the Merchant Retention function. Collaborating closely with account teams, you'll leverage data to drive both Door Dash's revenue and merchants' business growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing deal opportunities, developing innovative solutions to predict churn, and creating compelling offerings for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement selection strategies for merchants

• Optimize merchant revenue to enhance product offerings

• Engage with teams to equip them for success

• Analyze data for impactful decision-making

• Innovate processes to mitigate churn effectively

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in strategy, finance, or analytics

• Required financial modeling experience

• Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with SQL preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
