In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a high-volume portfolio, collaborating closely with commercial and delivery leaders. Your focus will be ensuring that sales cycles run efficiently while preparing essential materials and maintaining accurate Salesforce records for your projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the operational aspects of sales pursuits and opportunities
• Manage logistics for proposals, pricing support, and contracts
• Create and deliver client-ready documentation and meeting materials
• Monitor and communicate status updates, identifying risks proactively
• Implement scalable improvements for operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Over 2 years in commercial or sales operations experience
• Proven ability in managing multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM platforms
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Capability to communicate with senior leadership professionally
