As a key member of the team, you will lead the onboarding process for Treasury Clients while managing all CRM-related activities. Your experience in operational execution and reporting will help identify growth opportunities and enhance business development efforts. This role requires a keen attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Treasury client onboarding
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making
• Oversee Salesforce data management and integrity
• Draft professional communications for client engagement
• Enhance workflow processes to improve team accountability
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in client operations and onboarding
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and reporting analytics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong understanding of operational processes and controls
• Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or similar
