As part of your internship, you will support Customer Success Managers in monitoring key engagement metrics and product adoption trends. You will assist in drafting customer business reviews and success plans based on analytical insights. Engage with various stakeholders to communicate customer needs while enhancing long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track key success metrics and engagement levels
• Assist managers with customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Help develop training guides and onboarding documentation
• Conduct outreach campaigns for customer onboarding
• Analyze feedback to drive product improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related major
• Preference for students entering their 4th year
• Strong communication and analytical skillset
• Ability to foster relationships across diverse stakeholders
• Interest in customer experience and technology
