Your role will be fundamental in connecting students with employers and enhancing their professional journeys.
You will report to the Director of Advancement & Career Services in this full-time position, where you will develop relationships with industry leaders and create pathways for entry-level employment for graduates. This role allows you to design engaging networking events and experiences that promote student success and build sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strategic employer connections for student employment
• Create and manage industry-related events and panels
• Work with career services to facilitate mentorship initiatives
• Monitor engagement metrics to enhance partnerships
• Collaborate with various departments to align goals
Requirements:
• Experience in employer relations or partnership management
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A proactive and collaborative approach to challenges
