This role allows you to design engaging networking events and experiences that promote student success and build sustainable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategic employer connections for student employment

• Create and manage industry-related events and panels

• Work with career services to facilitate mentorship initiatives

• Monitor engagement metrics to enhance partnerships

• Collaborate with various departments to align goals

Requirements:

• Experience in employer relations or partnership management

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
