Randstad Canada is on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst to oversee the requirements lifecycle in a fully onsite, dynamic environment. Utilize technical expertise in Agile frameworks to bridge business needs and engineering teams.
In this 8-month contract role located in Toronto, you will be deeply involved in managing the technical aspects of enterprise IT initiatives. The position requires advanced skills in requirements engineering and backlog grooming, ensuring that development teams are equipped with clear and actionable user stories. Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and enhance your analytical capabilities while ensuring project alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage forward-looking delivery pipelines by grooming requirements
• Own and refine Product Backlog Items within Agile setups
• Create high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead stakeholder workshops for requirements elicitation
• Write SQL data queries for backend data profiling
Requirements:
• 8+ years in enterprise business analysis
• Strong Agile methodologies experience required
• Proven backlog engineering skills in IT projects
• Hands-on with Azure Dev Ops tool stack
• Expertise in technical integration and APIs
