Reporting to the Director of Customer Business Development, you will shape key strategies by analyzing market performance and optimizing forecasts.

Your role will integrate Revlon’s priorities with customer needs, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared business goals. You'll lead negotiations and development plans that enhance returns and solidify customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of joint business strategies

• Analyze sales data to inform strategic planning

• Lead negotiations for long-term partnership success

• Manage allocation and spending of the Market Development Fund

• Develop and coach team members for success

Requirements:

• Degree in Commerce or equivalent field

• 7+ years in customer development roles

• Proven strategic thinking and commercial acumen

• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office
