Business Continuity Manager at AIR MILES

Lead the Blue Rewards Business Continuity Management program at AIR MILES. As the Manager, BCM, you will ensure all critical plans are up-to-date and effective.

The Manager, BCM is responsible for managing Business Impact Assessments, Continuity Plans, and Crisis Management strategies. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and BMO counterparts to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, necessitating training and live exercises to build resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Business Impact Assessments and Continuity Plans

• Conduct training and live exercises for teams

• Collaborate for compliance with BMO's regulatory standards

• Produce, analyze, and report on BCM metrics

• Serve as an Incident Commander on a rotational basis

Requirements:

• 5-7 years relevant experience and related degree

• Experience in Business Continuity Planning is an asset

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proven ability to influence and negotiate outcomes
