Position: Bell Senior Manager, M&A Integration
Bell seeks a Senior Manager to spearhead M&A integration strategies within its Corporate Strategy and Business Transformation group. This hybrid role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency nationwide.

Your primary responsibility will be maximizing the strategic value of M&A activities through effective post-deal execution and advising senior business leaders. You'll guide cross-disciplinary teams in the implementation of comprehensive strategies that blend operations, finance, and IT. The role emphasizes the evolution of internal methodologies and fostering high-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive readiness planning for ownership transfers

• Advise on organizational design and service agreements

• Integrate findings into cohesive transaction strategies

• Manage all phases of integrations and carve-outs

• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management

Requirements:

• 3–7 years in management consulting or corporate roles

• Proven expertise in integrations and enterprise transformations

• Solid understanding of corporate strategy

• Strong analytical and program management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA favorable
