The Senior Specialist will provide expert guidance on policies and procedures while ensuring operational efficiency. With a focus on knowledge management, you will be pivotal in facilitating training programs and overseeing process integrity. Collaborating closely with Senior Leadership and business partners, you will address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive training programs for PM&A teams
• Provide resolution for complex inquiries and operational challenges
• Maintain departmental content on intranet sites for accessibility
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with business partners
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 4-7 years in client services/business operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills at all management levels
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and corporate platforms
