Join our Canada Operations Excellence team! We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Analyst to support Canada Operations and Operations Excellence. This role plays a key part in advancing change enablement, communications, learning and employee engagement initiatives aligned to operational priorities.
Position Responsibilities Change Enablement & Communications Support- Support the development and execution of internal change enablement and communications plans aligned with Canada Operations priorities.
- Translate business strategies, initiatives, and operational updates into clear and engaging communications for internal audiences.
- Assist in developing communication materials, presentations, talking points, and change artifacts that support organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate communications activities that support change adoption, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across initiatives by partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners across Operations and internal communications teams.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping coordinate updates, feedback collection, and communication deliverables.
- Work closely with Executive Assistants to support coordination efforts such as scheduling, meeting logistics, and room bookings.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal events, town halls, leadership forums, and team engagement activities.
- Assist in creating event materials, communications, agendas, and supporting logistics.
- Help design engaging employee experiences that foster collaboration, clarity, and connection.
- Support onboarding and the overall experience for interns within Canada Operations.
- Contribute to the development of the Canada Operations new graduate program, including onboarding, training coordination, and event execution.
- Support logistics and coordination of the leader learning program.
- Manage and maintain the learning SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible.
- 3–5 years+ of experience in change enablement, internal communications, operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented, with sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to develop professional communication materials.
- Experience working in financial services, operations, or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with change management and employee engagement principles.
- Experience supporting internal events, town halls, or leadership communications initiatives.
