Lead the workforce management strategy in AI transformations at TD Bank in Toronto, Ontario. This critical role integrates financial planning, cloud capabilities, and key operational insights for strategic initiatives.
This position focuses on developing and executing WFM strategies aligned with TD’s enterprise AI transformation. As a Manager, you will collaborate with business leaders and Agile Release Trains to ensure workforce inputs influence major transformation initiatives. You will synthesize complex information to drive clear workforce direction for enhanced decision-making and enterprise alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate workforce strategy into AI transformation initiatives
• Partner with leaders to embed WFM in decision-making
• Monitor financial and operational impacts of initiatives
• Develop actionable workforce plans and strategies
• Represent WFM in cross-functional decision forums
Requirements:
• 5+ years in workforce management or strategic planning
• Experience in AI-enabled business strategy
• Understanding of financial modeling in business contexts
• Background in contact centers or operations
• Familiarity with AWS AI capabilities preferred
