Workforce Contractor is seeking one (1) Organizational Analyst to evaluate organizational structures, improve business processes, and support operational efficiency across construction projects and corporate operations. The successful candidate will analyze workflows, recommend process improvements, develop policies and procedures, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance productivity and organizational performance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze organizational structures, business processes, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct studies on organizational effectiveness, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate current administrative and operational procedures and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collect and analyze operational data, prepare reports, and present findings to management.
- Develop and document policies, procedures, and standardized operating practices.
- Assist in the implementation of organizational change initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and senior leadership to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Review job functions and organizational responsibilities to improve accountability and performance.
- Support workforce planning, performance measurement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare business cases, organizational assessments, and recommendations for management decision-making.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in administration, management, commerce, or a related field is required. - Experience:
Minimum one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is required. Knowledge of construction operations, project management, and business administration is preferred. - Language:
Proficiency in English is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write effectively.
