Digital Power Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will support Digital Power clients by aligning their strategic goals with Schneider Electric's solutions.
Your role involves promoting Eco Struxure Power and driving customer engagement. You'll work collaboratively with sales teams to maximize business growth while addressing client needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Eco Struxure Power Value Propositions for customers
• Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities in Digital Power modernization
• Lead cost-effective decisions in energy management
• Monitor client satisfaction and health forecasting
Requirements:
• Engineering degree with technology focus
• Experience with power monitoring and control systems
• Knowledge of database and system troubleshooting
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to collaborate with diverse technical teams
