In this capacity, you will partner with Project Managers to implement consistent project practices and effectively manage project metrics.
Your role includes maintaining project documentation and utilizing tools to analyze and report on project health, ensuring that projects meet quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support planning and evaluation of projects within the portfolio
• Conduct resource and staffing analyses to optimize project delivery
• Manage project schedules, linking dependencies effectively
• Collaborate in cross-functional forums to facilitate information sharing
• Contribute to the maintenance of EPMO documentation and resources
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an Enterprise PMO
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management software
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to work independently under pressure in fast-paced environments
