Contribute to ivari's back office transformation in Toronto as a Business Operations Specialist. Focus on process improvement and compliance in the life insurance sector.
In this role, you will oversee essential corporate functions and work closely with various stakeholders. Your 5-7 years of experience in the life insurance industry will be critical for analyzing operational results and identifying gaps. You'll be involved in governance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while supporting project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review service levels to identify gaps and challenges
• Coordinate investigations into service issues for timely resolutions
• Maintain documentation and governance oversight
• Support and document process improvements
• Engage in compliance meetings and policy definition
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of related experience in Life Insurance
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• Education in Business or Compliance preferred
