In this role, you will contribute to BYD's growth by managing product strategy for passenger vehicles in Canada. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, and providing key insights to guide product development. The position also involves leading product launches, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements that impact the Canadian automotive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for Canadian automotive trends
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and sales performance
• Analyze demand and identify growth opportunities for BYD products
• Lead coordinated product launch activities across Canada
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on market intelligence
• Proven experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent in English, Mandarin or French is a plus
