Key Responsibilities:

• Lead optimization of revenue operations across various teams

• Design programs to refine pipeline analytics and KPIs

• Implement data governance for accurate opportunity tracking

• Collaborate on GTM planning and Salesforce strategy

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Rev Ops or similar in B2B SaaS

• 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth company

• Expertise in Salesforce and GTM tech stack

• Familiarity with AI applications in Rev Ops

• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
