Business Architect

Position: Business Architect Contract Role
Join Public Health Ontario as a Senior Business Architect, focusing on a six-month contract to enhance public health analytics capabilities. Lead the design of innovative business architecture that drives data insights.

This role, situated in Toronto, involves developing the operational model for PHO’s new analytics engine. You will work closely with senior management and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create transformation plans. Your experience in government settings will ensure alignment with the health sector's needs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end Data & Analytics Operating Model

• Define roles and accountabilities in operations

• Identify capability gaps and recommend improvements

• Engage with OCMOH and PHUs in practice embedding

• Create governance documents for formal reporting

Requirements:

• Background in business architecture in complex organizations

• Skills in modeling and business process mapping

• Understanding of governmental business drivers

• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation abilities

• Experience with IT solutions in business contexts
