Position: Sales Performance Intern at Hitachi Rail

Hitachi Rail seeks a motivated intern to support the Urban Rail Signalling business line. You will engage with sales teams and account managers, supporting order intake reviews and market analysis. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders while contributing to strategic planning and intelligence activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales & BD teams on order intake targets

• Conduct regular forecasts and follow-ups on key opportunities

• Maintain and update Salesforce database systematically

• Prepare management reports summarizing order intake status

• Support in creating strategic account plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business in progress

• Availability for 40 hours/week in a hybrid format

• Fluent in English, written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Strong interest in data analysis and market intelligence
