In this role, you will drive the success of Green Shield’s continuous improvement efforts by analyzing and enhancing operational processes. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you'll engage with various stakeholders, offering guidance and mentorship to cultivate operational capabilities within teams. Your expertise will inspire a shared commitment to excellence and efficiency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities

• Facilitate workshops to enhance CI skills

• Monitor key performance indicators for CI initiatives

• Develop standardized processes for consistent execution

• Report progress to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Certified in Lean and/or Six Sigma

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to influence change across the organization
