Overview
Analyze the effectiveness of courier pay and incentives; design experiments and evaluate what s working; deploy incentive packages and run post-analysis; collaborate with scheduling and insights teams to anticipate network needs; translate complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities- Analyze the effectiveness of courier pay and incentives
- Design experiments and evaluate what s working
- Deploy incentive packages and run post-analysis
- Collaborate with scheduling and insights teams to anticipate network needs
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations for market teams and senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in business or operations analytics
- SQL proficiency (multi-CTE queries, window functions, Google Cloud data warehouse)
- Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel for financial modeling
- Strong analytical instincts with a track record of identifying performance anomalies
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Familiarity with LEAN/Six Sigma or similar operational improvement frameworks would be an asset
