This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, data‑curious, and eager to learn how fraud happens inside large organizations. - Work with Investigators to validate facts, refine case narratives, and support recommendations on disciplinary actions, control improvements, or policy enforcement.
- Partner with cross functional teams to identify control gaps, uncover process vulnerabilities, and escape emerging risks.
- Analyze system activity and logs to detect behavioural deviations, policy breaches, or indicators of misconduct.
- Maintain accurate, audit ready documentation of investigative steps, analysis methods, and conclusions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying weaknesses, recommending mitigation strategies, and contributing insights on internal fraud trends and risks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret structured and unstructured data, recognize behavioural patterns, and detect anomalies.
- Excellent documentation skills, including concise case summaries, evidence writeups, and investigative notes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and O365, with capability in data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience in investigations, case management, audit, compliance, or fraud analysis.
- Comfort working with incomplete data and ambiguity.
- Understanding of internal controls, governance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with fraud detection systems, case management tools, or analytics platforms.
- Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
