Key Responsibilities:

• Design experiments for courier incentive models

• Analyze post-activity data on incentives

• Collaborate with scheduling and insights teams

• Translate data sets into easily understandable insights

• Act as a key point of contact for pay initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years in business or operations analytics

• Proficient in SQL and financial modeling

• Strong analytical instincts and communication skills

• Experience with AI tools for analytics

• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
