Position: Senior Business Analyst for Capital Markets
Become an integral part of Insight Global's Central Funds Technology team as a Senior Business Analyst. This role supports global Capital Markets functions in a diverse work environment.

You will leverage 5–7+ years of experience to enhance trading and collateral initiatives. By understanding end-to-end transaction life cycles and employing your analytical skills, you'll play a critical role in balancing project delivery and production support. Your knowledge of both front and back office processes is essential to help the team succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and refine trade flow processes

• Collaborate with teams globally to deliver solutions

• Address production challenges and enhance service quality

• Write SQL queries for data analysis and validation

• Manage workflow using Service Now effectively

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets

• Profound knowledge of transaction life cycles and trading protocols

• Familiarity with collateral management systems

• Experience in Agile methodologies and AI technology

• Proficiency with trading platforms such as Apex or Equi Lend
