Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design thinking workshops and process discovery sessions

• Assess and document current-state business processes

• Identify process gaps and banking transformation opportunities

• Design future-state processes, including AI-enabled initiatives

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop transformation roadmaps

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Commercial Banking processes

• Proven background in process engineering and improvement

• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops

• Knowledge of AI-driven process improvement concepts

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
