Position: Manager Role in M&A Integration
Step into the role of Manager, M&A Integration with Definity for a 12-month contract focused on guiding integration efforts. This position is essential for delivering high-quality executive communication and support.

As part of the Integration Management Office, you will support post-merger activities by producing reports for the executive team and Board while ensuring stakeholder collaboration. You are encouraged to leverage your consulting toolkit to manage strategic presentations and documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create executive reports and communications on merger integration

• Plan and deliver post-merger integration efforts collaboratively

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to address cross-functional issues

• Design presentation decks to effectively communicate risks and progress

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in a consulting firm or Integration Management Office

• Excellent written and graphical presentation abilities

• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in MS PowerPoint;
Excel knowledge is advantageous

• Undergraduate degree with proven academic excellence
