Sales Coordinator

A rapidly growing consumer products company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator & Product Development Support professional to join their team. This organization partners with major retailers across North America and globally, supplying consumer products across categories including stationery, packaging solutions, hardware, shipping supplies, and retail consumables. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain. You’ll support the sales team by building impactful customer presentations, organizing pricing proposals and sales materials, coordinating product development initiatives, and helping ensure projects stay on track from concept through launch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly accountable, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same.

• Create polished PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, pricing proposals, and customer-facing sell sheets.
• Support buyer meetings, line reviews, new business pitches, and retailer presentations.
• Help the sales team develop compelling marketing materials and organized customer documentation.
• Ensure presentations and materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with current product offerings.

• Act as a key communication bridge between Sales, Product Development, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Assist with product briefs, specification sheets, launch trackers, and packaging development coordination.
• Help track project timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure product launches stay on schedule.
• Share ideas and collaborate on packaging concepts, product positioning, and retail presentation strategies.

• Use Excel to organize sales data, product information, pricing details, and reporting.
• Maintain organized sales templates, trackers, product assets, and internal documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting, proposal creation, and operational coordination requests.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms to improve productivity, content creation, and workflow efficiency.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
• Power Point
• Excel
• Word
• Excellent presentation-building and visual communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
