As a Strategic Partnerships Associate
, you will support market expansion by securing access to critical infrastructure, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving operational success in a highly regulated environment. You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across Canada.
- Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations.
- Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks.
- Develop partnerships with businesses, Canadian transit agencies (e.g., Metrolinx, OC Transpo, Calgary Transit), and property owners to enhance station access and amenities.
- Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums.
- Coordinate with teams to standardize documentation and refine processes, enabling improved efficiencies.
- 1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with Canadian government entities at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels.
- 1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada and provincial Ministries of Transportation) and public transit systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience initiating new business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working proficiency in French is not required, but would be an asset.

Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 CAD
