Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze retention, churn, and expansion trends

• Support QBRs, renewals, and account planning

• Own and maintain ARR-related reporting processes

• Develop comprehensive documentation of processes

• Uphold governance for data integrity across systems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in revenue operations or finance

• Expertise in ARR, churn, and expansion analytics

• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce

• Advanced analytical skills in Excel and Tableau

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
