Position: Senior Business Analyst for Risk Management
Drive risk management innovation at a leading financial firm in Toronto as a Senior Business Analyst. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a next-generation EGRC platform.

This role focuses on three core aspects: collaborating with stakeholders, translating complex processes into user stories, and facilitating agile delivery. You will engage with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and risk stakeholders to ensure that business requirements align with strategic goals. Your analytical skills will support backlog management and regulatory change assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements

• Translate risk management processes into actionable user stories

• Conduct gap analysis for new features and regulatory updates

• Partner with QA to validate features against requirements

• Monitor progress and report on risks throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Experience in financial services and risk management

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

• Understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
