As you report to the Director of Policy and Programs, your role encompasses operational oversight, policy development, and staff support. Focus on managing PDAC’s Lands and Regulations programming while fostering relationships with stakeholders in the mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations and team workflows
• Support staff development through guidance and feedback
• Lead development of critical policy initiatives
• Facilitate communication across teams and departments
• Supervise committee coordination and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 5-10 years in policy advocacy or analysis
• Proven experience in management and regulatory knowledge
• Skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Proficient in Microsoft applications related to data analysis
