Student Procurement Intern

Position: Student Procurement Intern Opportunity
Explore a 8-month student internship focused on procurement at our Procurement team. This role involves supporting vendor management and procurement processes while reinforcing academic learning.

The Procurement internship offers an excellent platform for students in Business or Supply Chain disciplines, providing exposure to procurement operations and compliance implementation. Reporting to the Manager, Procurement, you will contribute to efficiency improvements and gain essential skills in data presentation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating purchase orders and requisitions

• Support the onboarding of vendors and managing records

• Monitor compliance with contracts and regulations

• Conduct supplier research for RFS/RFP processes

• Analyze data and craft reports for audits

Requirements:

• 2nd or 3rd year of studies in relevant programs

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel

• Strong analytical skills and detail orientation

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
