Annual bonus: 15% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance).

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. We are looking for an experienced Business Process Improvements (BPI) Specialist to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager, Business Process Improvements, the BPI Advisor plays a critical role in identifying and driving process improvements, standardizing operations, and supporting business transformation across the enterprise. The successful candidate will help build a culture of continuous improvement while positioning the organization to leverage emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled solutions.

This hybrid position is available in any of our Broker Link Canadian offices.

• Analyze workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead process mapping, root cause analysis, and future‑state design initiatives.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures, best practices, and CI methodologies.
• Monitor operational performance using key metrics and dashboards.

• Lead initiatives from ideation through implementation and performance monitoring.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize improvements aligned with strategic objectives.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage automation, workflow technologies, and AI‑powered tools.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and impact analyses to validate and prioritize initiatives.

• Engage and coach stakeholders at all levels through process changes and new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and improvement meetings.
• Synthesize insights into clear, actionable recommendations and support communication of progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships and credibility across business units.

• Establish project governance and reporting frameworks; track benefits realization.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the development of a Business Process Improvement Centre of Excellence.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business improvement, operational excellence, process improvement, business transformation, project management, or related roles.
