How You’ll Contribute

As an intern at Assemble, you will support the day‑to‑day operational and administrative work that enables our teams to stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering great work.

Typical Responsibilities May Include
  • Learning how the business works:
    Spend time working alongside different teams, gaining exposure to how marketing, events, community, operations, and other functions collaborate to deliver value to enterprise leaders around the world.
  • Supporting real projects:
    Jump in where needed to help teams execute projects — tracking tasks, organizing materials, and contributing to the work that drives our events, communities, and internal initiatives.
  • Keeping the wheels turning:
    Help teams stay organized and on track by coordinating schedules, maintaining files and systems, and supporting the day‑to‑day operations that keep projects moving.
  • Bringing ideas and work to life:
    Assist with preparing presentations, documents, and internal communications that help teams collaborate, share ideas, and move initiatives forward.
  • Digging into research and insights:
    Support light research projects, organize information, and help teams identify ways to make processes smoother and more efficient.
