Position: Holt Renfrew Data Privacy Manager
Drive Holt Renfrew’s data privacy strategy as the Data Privacy Manager, collaborating closely with the Chief Privacy Officer and leading a dedicated Privacy Specialist. This role demands a profound understanding of privacy legislation.
As the Data Privacy Manager, you will provide vital strategic direction for privacy compliance across Holt Renfrew. Your responsibilities include overseeing privacy assessments, mentoring a team member, and implementing operational privacy measures. Expertise in managing privacy risks and incident response in high-stakes environments is crucial to ensure adherence to diverse regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of privacy and compliance programs

• Conduct ongoing Privacy Impact Assessments and compliance documentation

• Partner with business units to promote Privacy by Design

• Manage vendor privacy risk assessments and onboarding

• Liaise with regulators on privacy inquiries
Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience

• Minimum of 6 years in senior data governance roles

• Comprehensive knowledge of privacy legislation

• Proven incident management and response skills

• Ability to communicate complex privacy concepts effectively
