Drive operational excellence as a Senior Principal Business Partner us on enhancing customer operations while optimizing processes in a fully remote setup.

This senior position requires you to act as a strategic advisor within the Global Customer Office. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving business performance and operational efficiency across various domains such as Analytics, Customer Operations, and Managed Services. Collaboration with executive leadership and mentoring junior partners will be key to ensuring effective strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
